We’ll make proper introductions and begin our journey of mutual understanding.

We’ll get insight into your biggest pain-points, and ideate solutions that solve them.
Goals
From actionable to pipe dream, we want to know what this work should do in the next 6 months, 6 years, 60 years.
Audiences
Who are we talking to? On what intersections are they open to receiving your message?
Mandatories
Well look at what’s working and make sure our efforts converge.
Opportunities
2 Birds 1 Stone? Low hanging fruit? What are some easy wins can we add like icing on the cake and help to sweeten the deal?
Proposal
Scope of Work
We’ll set out from the beginning to clearly define the deliverables so there’s no suprises down the road.
Timeline
Working with your goals and schedule, we’ll determine the timeline and phases for the project.
Budget
Getting an understanding of your budget early allows us to activate those production partners as soon as possible.
Creative Brief
We’ll wrap up everything we discuss into a concise but thorough doc that outlines the project.
Payment Terms
We’ll agree to the rate and define payment terms. Usually, we accept a deposit to begin a project, and finalize payment once your deliverables have been.. well.. delivered.
Ideation
Moodboards
These are collections of images and concepts that serve as aspiration for your project, and begin to establish a compelling tone.
Creative Pathways
Think of these as the main ideas. Typically jobs include 3-5. Whether it’s a branding project, or campaign, a few key directions stick out and define the direction of all the touchpoints moving forward.
Rationale
We’ll limit arbitrary creative decisions every step of the way by citing the creative brief, and using the context you provide as a guide. If it can’t be effectively defended, we don’t show it.
Applications
Seeing is believing, and the best way to test creative ideas is to see them in action. Plus, this step is one of the most exciting parts of the process. We’ll do all kinds of mockups, use cases, and renders to bring ideas to life.
Evaluation & Stakeholder Review
We like to get everybody up to speed often and early so decision makers aren’t left in the dark.
Production
Asset Development
After we get the green light we’ll craft the deliverables for your project.
File Suite
We’ll break down any and all components giving you a library of assets to utilize on your own.
Project Guides
Along with the files themselves, we’ll wrap them in a document or series of docs that explain how to use them.
Iteration
Iteration and constant improvement is at the core of the process. We want to build partnerships that last. Once a project is complete, it’s onto the next phase.
